Ethical Policy

At Champagne Creations we believe that animal welfare is extremely important which is why the feathers that are used to make your bespoke hair accessory are not sourced from any company where the birds are bred purely for their feathers. Feathers are also sourced from free range, organically fed rare breed varieties of birds- making the creations even more special!

Bird Flu

The feathers used in our creations are boiled at 100 degrees and are then chemically treated. DEFRA have said that there is no risk of the virus being passed on after the feathers have been treated in this manner.

Returns Policy

At Champagne Creations, should the item be faulty in any way due to our manufacturing, we will be more than happy to take the item back to repair for you free of charge.

Care and Handling

Please be aware that your bespoke creation will need careful handling to avoid damage. It should always be stored in a hat box (these can be supplied at an additional cost). Please do not use hairspray after you have put the accessory on your head as this will damage the feathers and material. If for any reason your creation needs cleaning, use a damp cloth to dab the area concerned - do not rub as this may tear the fibres. If you are concerned, do not hesitate to contact us for advice.

Allergies & Personal Injury

Please be aware that Champagne Creations can not be held responsible for any allergic reactions due to the feathers or materials used in the creation of the accessory. We can also not be held responsible should you suffer any injury as a result of wearing one of our creations.
